Returns Policy
We currently do not support returns or provide a return address, as the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each purchase. If you’d like to place a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of that new order.
Quality Guarantee
We want you to be happy with the quality of the products you order. If you’re not satisfied with a product’s quality, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we’ll do our best to investigate and find a solution.
If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we’ll gladly send you a replacement order at no additional cost. We prefer to resolve any issues and send a new item to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
If a replacement is not possible, please let us know when you contact us, and we will issue a refund.
Color Consistency
We use the same presses, paper types, and processes as our print partners to minimize color variations. However, printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot be guaranteed. Several factors affect color and the final result, including:

Paper types

Humidity in the printing environment

Last time the printer was cleaned
Color variations resulting from the factors above fall within acceptable tolerance limits and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged products that were not caused by the content you submitted, we will cover the cost of a replacement order. This includes:

Damage to the delivered products

Errors in the quantity or number of products received

Poor production quality of the delivered item
